Refund Policy

At Ironclad Construction, we take pride in providing expert-level consulting and professional oversight. Due to the time, travel, and planning involved in our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

🔹 For One-Time Services (e.g., “Ironcheck” Audit):

• Cancellations made 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled start will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.

• Cancellations within 3–6 business days will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.

• If we are unable to deliver services for any reason on our end, a 100% refund will be issued promptly.

🔹 For Ongoing Engagements (e.g., “Ironlead” or “Ironclad” Packages):

• Clients may cancel ongoing services with 14 days’ written notice.

• Any prepaid amounts beyond that 14-day window will be refunded.

• Work completed to date is non-refundable, as value is delivered progressively.

🔹 For Free Quote Services:

Free estimates or preconstruction quotes are offered with no cost and no obligation to hire Ironclad Construction.
